Let's face it,nearly one in three employees say they have a bad boss. Is it the yelling, throwing and ranting,or the one that takes credit for your work and never gives a positive feedback? A controlling, intrusive, petty, bully? or the one that's harassed you sexually or even went as far as hitting you? Whatever your description is, we've all at some point in our lives had 'horrible bosses!'. However, bad bosses aren't necessarily bad people, but can definitely make your work challenging. A few people have had lovely bosses, rare but true. I know some of us have never had bosses(self-employed, students et al) but in this case, a boss is someone you've or have had to report to, e.g a lecturer at school, a loyal customer etc. So I ask..

My worst boss was dis very cocky arrogant bastard. Very useless 2. He wasn't smart but knew hw to run his mouth(wif his bad breath). I'm glad I resigned! Oloriburuku, oloshi! I heard his business has crashed now sef,lmao
ReplyDeleteIve actually had very good bosses, the only one dat gave problems was just very insecure about the job, and so sometimes a bit nasty when the job wasnt done right. Overall ive been very fortunate.
ReplyDeleteYeah every1 keeps complaing about dia boss why dnt u check urself as well..most times staff's can be very rude n arrogant.well I tink is d high time of d owner of dis blog get a life n get busy wit smthng else rather than seekng for unnecessary attention....Dis blog is damn too boring..smh
ReplyDeleteMy worst boss was my supervisor, very crazy and weird woman. She use to come to work late and she would lie on the sheet that she was early and all. She was just 1 crazy woman. She slept @ work almost all the time.
